Description: This is what electro house grew up from. Back in its baby steps, Fedde Le Grand set the stage for everyone else. “Put Your Hands Up For Detroit” has a great chorus and a catchy electronic beat. If this song doesn’t get you up and moving, who knows what will?

Description: Discopolis is an electronic three person group out of the UK. This track has the classic Axtone vibe, with progressive flows and great remix feel thanks to DubVision. The vocals are great and it is packaged very tightly.

3. DAFT PUNK “ONE MORE TIME” [ORIGINAL MIX] (VIRGIN) Release Date: 2001-03-13

Origin: France

Description: Daft Punk is probably the most well recognized name in the history of electronic music. They have a mysterious auora thanks to their intergalactic outfits. “One More Time” has that good feeling, optimistic touch to it. Everyone knows the lyrics by heart and the track is in every DJs library.

Description: Supermode was temporary alias for Steve Angello and Axwell of Swedish House Mafia. This is a great example of historic vocal progressive house. The vocals are unbelievable, albeit is a sample from an older song. It is light and airy, and very progressive for 2006.

Origin: USA

Description: Kaskade set the stage for other USA DJs. “Sorry” is one of his many hits. The vocals are phenomenal and capture the moment. Dirty South did a great job on the remix and helped launched his career. Another example of a classic track that lead to the progression of Progressive House.
