Rating: ★★★★

Genre: Progressive House

Origin: Canada

Description: Paris & Simo are a pair of 21 year olds hailing from Montreal, Canada. They made their name on the scene thank to a Beatport remix contest for Tiesto’s “Work Hard, Play Hard”. “Time” is a great progressive house track. It never hurts to have remix masters Sultan + Ned Shepard.

5. MICHAEL WOODS, ESTER DEAN “WE’VE ONLY JUST BEGUN” [EXTENDED MIX] (DIFFUSED MUSIC) Release Date: 2012-11-9

Rating: ★★★

Genre: Progressive House

Origin: UK

Description: This is yet another example on this countdown of genres crossing over. Ester Dean who is very well known for her single “Drop It Low” gets together with UK DJ Michael Woods for a solid club floor filler. Her vocals are rather reminiscent of Kelly Rowland and/or Estelle. Woods does a great job with the hardened synths, creating an addicting rhythm.
