Cedric Gervais spins a remix for pop star Lana Del Rey. Deniz Koyu & Dirty South blind us with awesome music with “Halo”.

Now she’s a part of pop culture. “Summertime Sadness” is a great track to remix, with a solid beat already and an incredible vocal to work and chop up. Gervais is known for his intense, deep beats a la “Molly”. This is how you remix a pop track. Take notes.

Description: We came across this track via A State of Trance with Armin van Buuren. Artento Divini has a sure fire trance hit on his hands. “Dropoff”. With a quick paced bouncy feel, it isn’t your standard track per se. Varying builds and additional electronic elements that you typically find in electro house are welcoming sign on this song. Stay tuned as EDM Charts is working on an interview with Divini.

5. JOCHEN MILLER “DAMNIT” [ORIGINAL MIX] (BIG & DIRTY) Release Date: 2013-2-14edmcharts_jochen

Origin: HOLLAND

Description: Jochen Miler is a master at showing fans his “go-hard” style on progressive house. “Damnit” features a clever vocal chop that focuses on hard electro synths. This is probably the hardest track we can recall hearing from Miller, with a close comparison to “Zodiac”. Our crew had a chance to catch him live in Minneapolis this last June, where he did a phenomenal job on the decks.
