2. GABRIEL & DRESDEN, MOLLY BANCROFT “TRACKING TREASURE DOWN” [GABRIEL & DRESDEN ON REMIX] (ORGANIZED NATURE) Release Date: 2013-3-11edmcharts_gabriel&dresden

Rating: ★★★★

Genre: TRANCE

Origin: USA

Description: Another pair of legends head up this week’s chart. Gabriel & Dresden released the original mix of this track in 2006, where it was a Billboard charting hit. The craziest part is how Molly Bancroft ended up on the track; yes it was MySpace. The redux of this single adds a few more trancier elements, the the original more pounding version. The song still sounds great and reminds listeners of the building blocks of EDM.

3. HARD ROCK SOFA “RASPUTIN” [ORIGINAL MIX] (AXTONE RECORDS) Release Date: 2013-3-11edmcharts_hardrocksofa

Rating: ★★★★

Genre: PROGRESSIVE HOUSE

Origin: RUSSIA

Description: First, a history lesson for all. Rasputin was an advisor to the Russian Imperial family in the 1800s. Released under Axtone Records, the Russian duo comes out hard with industrial electro-house beats, sampled over a quick and chopped female voice. It is fast paced and is the patented style we are used to from this duo. This track is meant to destroy the dancefloor.
